The biggest problem for the Indonesian people today is the threat decrease in character values in the community, as a result of changes global environment that has affected almost all nations in the world. This study aims to describe: (1) ajen sabilulungan found in the Labuh Saji tradition in Sukabumi; (2) the implementation of the Ajen Sabilulungan program for the development of character education building at SDN 4 Cicurug. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was conducted den g of an observation, interview, and documentation. The results of the study show that the role of ajen sabilulungan in the labuh saji tradition of the servitude can be developed as a character education building  in various activities in elementary schools.
