 Abstract

The ability to write journal articles as a result of research by students of the Sundanese Language Education Department of FPBS UPI is still low, because there is no model for writing journal articles that are the right research results for students to apply. In the current digital era 4.0 there is a need for learning models to write effective and efficient journal articles from research results. The purpose of this study is to use the brain writing model to improve the ability to write journal articles on the results of student thesis research. The research method used was quasi-experimental. The data of this research are articles from the thesis research of the 2015 Department of Sundanese Language Education. The data sources are 70 2015 class students of the Department of Sundanese Language Education FPBS UPI academic year 201-2019. The results of the study indicate that the brain writing model can significantly improve the ability to write journal articles as a result of student thesis research.
